The short version: we collect what you type into our forms, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it or hand it to advertisers.

Who we are
Da Curious Media is a marketing and growth agency based in Jaipur, India. This policy covers dacuriousmedia.com and the forms on it. For anything in this policy, write to hello@dacuriousmedia.com.
What we collect
We only hold information you give us directly:
- Contact form. Your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name and the message you write.
- Newsletter form. Your email address.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data, including IP address, browser user agent and the page requested. We use the IP address to rate-limit our forms so they cannot be flooded with spam.
We do not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels or third-party trackers on this site. Fonts and every other asset are served from our own domain, so loading a page here does not report your visit to anyone else.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To reply to you. If you send an enquiry, we use your details to respond and to discuss working together. That is the reason you gave them to us.
- To send the newsletter. Only if you asked for it, and every email carries a way to stop receiving it.
- To keep the site working. Security, spam prevention and troubleshooting, which is our legitimate interest in running the site safely.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, dcm_session, and only for our own team when signing in to the site’s admin area. It is strictly necessary, holds nothing but a random session identifier, and expires after twelve hours. Visitors browsing the public site are not given a cookie at all, which is why you will not see a cookie banner here.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. It is shared only with the services we need to operate:
- Hostinger hosts this website, its database and our email, so submissions are stored and delivered on their infrastructure.
- Law enforcement or regulators, if we are legally required to disclose something.
Our servers are located outside your country in some cases. Where information moves across borders, it stays protected by this policy and by our agreements with the provider.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, so we have context if you come back to us.
- Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
- Server logs are kept for the short retention window our host applies, typically a few weeks.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, and raise a grievance with us before escalating. If you are in the UK or EU, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you the same core rights plus the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Email hello@dacuriousmedia.com and we will action it within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so we do not hand your information to someone else.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the admin area sits behind a password with hashed credentials, and form submissions are stored in a database that is not publicly reachable. No system is perfect, so please do not send sensitive information such as financial or identity documents through the contact form.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we add anything that changes what we collect, such as analytics or advertising measurement, we will update this page and change the date at the top before it goes live.
